Instructions:

1.   Open a GIF or JPG image file by clicking the 'Open' button.
2.   Drag the 'Threshold Level' slider back and forth until you find the best looking image. (The image doesn't update until you release the mouse.)
3.   Click the 'Bright' and 'Dark' color buttons to change the highlight and lowlight colors to your liking.
4.   Click the 'Single Image', 'Triple Image', and '2x2 Image' tabs to see those layouts. This will also give you access to the color buttons for each picture location.
5. When you have something you like, click the 'Save' button.
6.   Adjust the 'JPEG Quality Setting' slider to the desired setting. Higher quality settings result in a better-looking picture, but with a larger file size.
7.   Navigate to the directory where you want to save the picture, then type in the filename with a '.JPG' extension.
