Open a GIF or JPG image file by clicking the 'Open' button. |

Drag the 'Threshold Level' slider back and forth until you find the best looking image. (The image doesn't update until you release the mouse.) |
| 3. | Click the 'Bright' and 'Dark' color buttons to change the highlight and lowlight colors to your liking. | |
| 4. | Click the 'Single Image', 'Triple Image', and '2x2 Image' tabs to see those layouts. This will also give you access to the color buttons for each picture location. | |

When you have something you like, click the 'Save' button. |

Adjust the 'JPEG Quality Setting' slider to the desired setting. Higher quality settings result in a better-looking picture, but with a larger file size. |
| 7. | Navigate to the directory where you want to save the picture, then type in the filename with a '.JPG' extension. |
